The transaction which occured has Fed ex written but there was no shipment of anything. It has your initials but anyone could have put your initials on the paperwork even though you handled the transaction from start to finish. The receipt also has 5 hrs labor but it must have been for something else. I see now. What kind of company or salesman for that matter allows a receipt to go to a customer that is all totally incorrect and false? Thx for explaining. By the way, I dont have a problem with the heads you had to resend, (because they were damaged in shipment.) It was because you fraudulently and knowingly sent NA heads in place of TT heads and the way you handled the transaction which was absolutely ridiculous. You were purposely selling NA heads as TT heads with supposed better flow which was not even close. The damaged head from shipment was not the problem for I understand this occurs from time to time. For you to say that the "NA heads are fine, we do this all the time," and they will flow better vs. TT heads is pretty insane. Then, also, shave the id numbers off so noone will know they are not TT heads is fuckin guilty..PERIOD. All the while act like we did something wrong and laughing and being a total dick is the problem. I just wonder how many people have a TT motor with NA heads which are not even close to spec. Good luck with your business. I know you have a lot of followers here and i'm not one of them due to your lack of customer service in my transaction and your substitution of parts which are not even close to spec so you can make some extra $$$$. I would have been ok if it wasnt for your a**hole attitude throughout the ordeal. Blatantly subbing na for tt heads is just plain "bait and switch theory" and i'm not a fan of that. Have a good day.
